For Julie Meirick, M.L.Rose’s beverage manager, this initiative hits close to home. As a breast cancer survivor, she understands firsthand the importance of support and community in the healing journey. Julie eloquently shares her experience: “I’m not just a ‘one in eight’ faceless woman. I’m a wife, sister, daughter, and friend, and I owe much of my healing to the women I met during my time in the ABC program.” Her sentiment reflects the emotional connection we can all have with such crucial health initiatives.
A Taste of Hope: Featured Cocktails
This year’s featured cocktails serve as both a spark of joy and a reminder of the strength of survivors. The PINK POWER COSMO combines Three Olives Vodka with strawberry puree and lime, making for a refreshing drink that resonates with the month’s theme. In addition, the HOWDY PINK LEMONADE combines classic lemonade flavor with a special pink splash and contains 5mg of THC, promoting relaxation. These creations, developed by team member Aida, are as fun as they are flavorful!
